World Book Day 2014
We celebrated World Book Day in a number of ways this year. Year 7 enjoyed a stimulating, competitive quiz and a large number of students demonstrated extensive knowledge of various literary themes. Members of staff also read chapters of their favourite books to different classes in the Lower School.

Investigating Energy
Year 9 classes have recently been using various resources to explore heat and insulation. Many of them were most creative in their constructions. Solar power was considered. As a school we now boast a number of solar panels on our Sports Hall roof and are already saving energy as a result.
