Students in the Castell Alun Sixth Form have donned a variety of pink garments in order to support the Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. As part of the ‘Dare to Wear Pink’ initiative the 210 students all made a donation to the plight of the Breast Cancer Charity and then selected their pink clothing, which they wore throughout the school day on Friday.

Asst. Headteacher, Paul Edwards, commented, “The students have really entered into the spirit of the day and were quick to support the vital work of such a good cause. With such a large Sixth Form population we have raised a considerable amount of money and all students have given generously and had fun participating.”
