At Castell Alun, we are proud to offer a vibrant, inclusive and high-achieving Sixth Form. Each year, students join us from our own Year 11 and from other local schools. As a result, our community is welcoming, diverse and supportive.

We offer a wide range of A-Level and Level 3 qualifications to suit different pathways and future ambitions. In addition, our experienced and enthusiastic staff are committed to delivering excellent teaching and personalised support.

Importantly, our Sixth Form is about much more than exam results. Students enjoy enrichment opportunities, leadership roles and targeted careers advice. Because of this, many go on to attend top universities, secure competitive apprenticeships, or step confidently into employment.

Our Prospectus explains everything you need to know about life in the Sixth Form. It includes information about courses, support systems, daily routines, and the Sixth Form Centre. You’ll also find an overview of how we prepare students for university, training and work.

We set high expectations and encourage all students to become confident, independent learners. At the same time, we provide a strong network of pastoral support to help them succeed.
