Please make sure the learner signs out when they have finished, especially on shared computers, tablets or phones.
Avoid saving passwords on devices used by other people.

Common sign-in problems
- Wrong account showing? Sign out of any personal Microsoft account first, then try again.
- Password not working? Check for typing mistakes and make sure Caps Lock is not on.
- Still stuck? Try using a private/incognito browser window, or a different browser.
- Need a reset? The learner should speak to school staff so their Hwb login can be checked.
