Safer Internet Day 2026 takes place on Tuesday 10th February 2026.This year’s theme is “Smart tech, safe choices”, exploring safe and responsible AI use.
Throughout the week, students will complete lessons and activities. They will focus on online safety, digital responsibility, and emerging technologies.
We invite parents and guardians to an online presentation at 5:00pm on Tuesday 10th February. Gavin O’Loughlin, Flintshire Digital Learning Officer, will share practical advice for keeping children safe online at home. Our ICT Coordinator, Mr Carl Mitchell, will explain the work we have done with students in school.
The session will last around 45 minutes and includes time for questions. We will send the joining link on Monday 9th February. If you cannot attend, you can still watch later. We will record the session and share it afterwards.
We hope you can join us for this useful event.
